1. Scope

The CHT AI Brain OS Backup Connector is a private, owner-operated utility. It is not an open service, public backup product or consumer account platform.

2. Intended purpose

The connector supports transferring locally encrypted backup repository objects to authorized cloud storage destinations and retrieving them for recovery. Infrastructure validation with synthetic data does not constitute a promise of continuous service or production readiness.

3. Permissions and credentials

The operator is responsible for maintaining authorized access to storage accounts and safeguarding encryption keys, recovery passwords and OAuth credentials. Google Drive access uses the restricted drive.file permission.

4. Availability and recovery

Backup availability depends on local systems, encryption credentials, cloud provider access and service conditions. Successful individual test restores do not guarantee future recoverability. Independent verification and disaster-recovery tests remain important.

5. Changes and contact

The connector and these informational terms may be updated as the private infrastructure evolves. Information about data handling is available in the Privacy Policy.
